A crazy wedding quilt.............

Rosemary, Mary Poppins bag maker extraordinaire, bought in a crazy quilt that she is making as a wedding gift (lucky couple).............

As usual, her array of fabrics is quite astounding...........

....................from what I understand, Rosemary has collected fabrics over a looooong period of time.................

..........hmmm I think I must remember this little quote.............

....................giraffes - my favourite of all African animals - to see them in the wild is quite something.................

As you can see, her seam treatments are done on her machine..........

I wonder where these little quotes originated from - judging by the fabric - they too must have a history.............

I am looking forward to seeing this quilt after it has been quilted.

Thanks Rosemary for bringing your quilt in for us all to enjoy.

A bead or two......................

My friend, Debbie, has been a member of the Crazy Club for more than 4 years...... as you can see she does not need my tuition anymore...............enjoy her beautiful work.......

Debs loves to add a bead or two to her work.......

............her attention to detail is incredible............

..............chevrons all in a row.......

.................beads and more beads.............

...............the herringbone stitch (in the far right hand corner ) is very effective with the heart buttons + straight stitches + colonial knots

...........buttons with dangling bits...........

..........her colours are great too..............

Thanks, Debs

One of my first crazy projects..........

I have noticed that over the years my style of crazy has changed......

This is work from my early days of crazy.......

I take it with me when I teach, so unfortunately, it is looking very grubby!!!!!!
