Herringbone (perle 8) + colonial knots (perle 8) + fern stitch (single strand DMC)

Lazy daisy flower (7mm silk ribbon) + sequins and beads added to herringbone

                                                    Fly stitch leaves (4mm silk ribbon)

Flower trim couched down + straight stitch stars added to bottom corner.

Voila!
All nice and easy.
